Here's an add on thought to today's post (it's for the atheists I was pitying):
Do all of your Grandmonkeys love you back as intensely as you must love them to hold on to them in the way that you do? In case you were wondering; yes my Heavenly Father does love me.....in fact He loves me not only more than I love Him, but loved me first.
Romans 5:8
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
2,000 years before the current generation was born; God showed His love for us.
Since atheists already have one holiday (April 1st) I guess it wouldn't hurt to give them a second. I'm voting for February 29th as Grandmonkeys day. I picked that date in hopes that their thoughts may "leap" forward into a state of understanding. May God bless you (and your Grandmonkeys)!!
