I would like to share that Jessica Jessup has set up a page on facebook called Psaulms (the name is explained in the info tab) and it contains poetry and devotionals. She is posting some of my stuff on there. Please feel free to check it out and become a fan if you like!!

It's all about taking up your cross DAILY to follow hard after Him!!

Take up your cross -
My child and follow me -
Not just on occasion -
No it must be daily -

To gain the whole world -
But lose your soul still -
Not worth it, Die to yourself -
Submit all of you to His will

Here's another one:

His Strength

I can do ALL things through
The strength Christ provides
Because it is in my heart
That my Savior resides

Since He has already conquered this world
As well as death, hell, and the grave
I can march on under His banner
In light of His Victory, standing brave

Whether I’m staring at the mouths of lions
Or having to be thrown in the fire
I shall walk in the Light of this world
Until the day He moves me higher
